Im pretty scared to post pics but would like to once a week so i can see my progress.. but so could others.. i dont even know if anyone sees this blog.. so i should buck up and post the pics.. i will take them this weekend and post them befor monday.. today is thursday

I know im a serious food addict and i gave in here for a bit to the addiction that i have struggled with all my life. I feel like I do different things for a while but give up or simply slip back into my old routine of eating.. nothing has to happen to trigger me to go back it just seems to happen.... started over today
