VLCD day 8
Things have been going really well! lost 6.5lbs this last week and starting off this week energetic and with little sugar cravings, I took my own food to the temple on sunday and managed to resist my favorite food... ahh the food at the Krishna Temple!! So moving on and feeling great!

Day 3 VLCD
This protocol has not been as hard as i thought it would be, LOL but its still pretty early. My cheats still consist of berry tums.. I have amazing energy and tend to get agitated when i am forced to be still. I feel great and the 500 calories is a cake walk... now if my WANT for sugar would subside i think it would be even better... I feel like this is a brain re-train for me and that's just what i have been needing!!

VLCD 1
Today was my first day on the Very Low Calorie Diet... I did well.. except the tums I ate, they are not on the diet protocall.. sugar, tums have sugar.. im sure thats why I ate them. Day 3 on the injections, they are painless and dont bother me at all. I have not been hungry at all, just junk cravings like usual.. tomorrow will be a better day!!

HCG here I come
After trying so many weight loss things... I cant afford gastric bypass obviously... so I have decided to try HCG injections. I have an appointment with a Dr. on Friday.. I will post progress!! I have to do the HCG diet without meat since I'm a vegetarian so it will be a little more challenging but I'm ready!! I have signed up with a support group on yahoo, read everything i could search here and watched several videos of people who are doing the HCG diet!!

Temple food on Sunday!
Saturday... bad food day. I ate at village inn, felt bad all day. Now I'm ready to eat good food that's good for me!

last night
i went to the movies and had cookie dough bites and popcorn. i still did good. now today something unexpected came up and i had to skip eating... untill now, at taco time having a bean burrito, tots, empanada and drink

Big meal 600 cals
Thanks to the high cal tarter tots I'm eating this veggie burger topped with pineapple and bbq sauce is no longer a healthy meal. I still have 200 cals left for a snack before midnight so unless I cave in and eat extra food, today will be a successful eating day!
Mmm mmm
Because I'm counting from midnight to midnight this will be my few hrs before bedtime food! About 250 calories. Orange, apple and some carbo nut squares for protein.

So i figured out how to post the food pics, yep I'm pretty fast! OK so the pic i just posted is of my thanksgiving feast... a lot of food LOL. I'm pretty scared to post the foods but if I'm honest with myself I feel like this picture thing will help me stay on track and become the Jennifer I feel inside... the Jennifer who has been trying to tear out of this body I currently have!

So a year has gone by and im once again in the same spot... I want it, I need it... i must do it. My will power sucks everything else is in line for me to succeed. I know how to eat, I know how to count calories, i know what a serving size looks like... free gym membership, support network... im the only thing holding me back.. So here I begin!!! Im going to try to figure out how to post pics from my phone directly and then post a pic of everything I eat.. good bad and ugly! accountability usually keeps me on track!
