fight the urge

So I am ready to be done being so unhappy with my body, I have always been over weight and I have reached an all time high weight of 245 which is a lot for my 5'5" frame to carry.. I cant stop eating...and its killing me I want to be ok with myself and the way i feel in my own skin.. so I have a plan ....
1- set up diet with trainner
2- follow it...for real
3- 4 days a week workout
4- take photos 2 post here
5- honestly track progress
